Our technology and bond systems are from the US and Europe. The manufacturing machines are primarily imported from the United States, Europe, Japan, and Taiwan; specifically, we have six CNC machines for machining and grinding diamond CBN wheels, and the testing machines are also from Japan and Europe. All of these make our products to be premium grade with high tolerance and to meet US and European standards and levels.

Our capacity is 30,000pcs of diamond CBN wheels per month; Meanwhile, we have more than 5000 sets of mold available; more than 8000 wheel specs; thousands of standard wheels in stock; customs-made wheels are always available. All these make us able to supply wheels in a very fast delivery time: 5 days for very urgent items and 14 days for standard items.

With more than 40 bond systems, 7 types of wheel body material, and more than 10,000 wheel specs available, our experienced engineers are always ready to provide customers with application assistance and technical support. They used the face grinding wheel for carbide tipped saw blade, worked fine.

The vitrified bond CBN grinding wheel for crankshaft grinding is still in testing, it is working well enough, same grinding parameters as competitor’s wheel, but lower wearness, they expect 20% life longer.

My customer said the wheels cut well and did not burn or leave too bad of a burr on the cut areas, using life is also good, they will order more.

Wheel rounds 50% slower than competitor wheel, so our wheel got longer dresser interval, this help us get the batch order.

We have finished the test of the diamond cutting wheel and diamond grinding wheel, the product quality seems very good.

Cutting Wheel: about 10% longer cutting length than the wheels in use when used to cut the ceramic.

Grinding Wheel: It is almost double the grinding life than our current wheel.

We have had good results when testing 6A9 6" diameter dual grit wheels on Vollmer machines. The wheels perform much better than competitor’s wheel on these applications.

Our customer tested following wheel(1A1 500D) for surface grinding SiC ceramics, the wheel works very well at speed of 35m/s, free cutting, no burning, no chips, lifetime is good too.
